Phinneus stands approximately 30 inches tall. From start to finish Phinneus took 2 ˝ months to complete. His face has a light pink shading on the cheeks with prominent whiskers. He then has light grey starting around his eyes down accentuating his nose. His ears are large with pink shading. He also has eye lids that gently cover his German glass eyes. He has four separate fingers on both hands, and three separate toes on each foot.

Phinneus is dressed in a stately burgundy velveteen vest, with 2 brass buttons connected by a chain. His jacket is dark chocolate brown velveteenwith striped piping around the sleeves and edging. The collar is quilted with a gold lamé threading to go along with the gold satin cuffs and ascot.

He carries an elegant walking stick with an emerald and ruby glass crystal topper and a gold faux pocket watch.
